How to Permanently Delete Your Account?
We offer multiple convenient channels for account deletion. You may choose the option that best suits your needs:
- Via the App: Log in to KudiGo, go to the "My" page, then tap "Account Settings" → "Delete Account". Follow the instructions to complete identity verification and submit your request.
- Via the Official Website: Visit https://www.venbencareltd.space, click the "Delete Account" button in the upper right corner of the page, and follow the prompts.
- Via Email: Send an email from your registered email address to venbencare@outlook.com. Use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line, and provide your registered mobile number or username in the email body to facilitate identity verification.
We will process your request promptly upon receipt. After your account is deleted, your personal information will be anonymized within 24 hours.
Protection of Minors
KudiGo provides services only to adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that information from a minor has been mistakenly collected, we will delete it immediately.
Policy Updates
We may revise this Policy from time to time in response to changes in laws, regulations, or business operations. The updated version will be notified to you via in-app pop-ups, in-app messages, or your registered contact information. If you continue to use our services, you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated Policy; if you do not agree, you have the right to delete your account and stop using the services.

What Information We Collect?
Registration and Identity Verification
When you create an account or apply for a loan, we need to verify your identity. You are required to provide your real name, BVN (Bank Verification Number), mobile number, residential address, employment information, income details, and bank account information for receiving funds. This information is essential for completing loan review and fund transfer processes.
Risk Assessment and Anti-Fraud
To ensure transaction security and prevent fraudulent activities, we collect the following information for risk assessment purposes:
- Device-related Information: Including device model, operating system version, unique identifiers such as IMEI, and the list of applications installed on your device (limited to applications you have actively downloaded from app stores). This information helps us identify unusual devices or high-risk software environments.
- Location Information: We collect the approximate geographic location of your device (based on IP address or mobile network) to facilitate localized services and assist in risk control assessments.
SMS Information
To protect your account security, assess credit risk, and prevent fraudulent activities, this application needs to read SMS content on your device (only those SMS messages containing the following keywords). The details are as follows:
- Purpose of Access: To identify financial transaction information related to you for risk assessment, anti-fraud, and SMS delivery rate analysis.
- Keyword Extraction: The following keywords will be automatically extracted from SMS messages to assist in assessing your financial status: LAIRA, KASH, Provision, WALLET, LEND, DEBT, MONI, Net Capital, REDI, LOAN, FUND, Duration, MONEY, CASH, PAY, NAIR, FINANCE, DUE
- Information Processing Method: SMS messages are processed locally on the device for keyword matching and risk assessment, encrypted and transmitted to servers for anti-fraud analysis.
We will NOT read any SMS content unrelated to financial services
Emergency Contact
To enable communication regarding loan-related matters when we are unable to reach you directly, we may require you to provide an emergency contact. This information will only be used for necessary communications related to loan services, and we commit not to use it for any unrelated purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:
- Providing Services: Completing core business processes such as identity verification, credit assessment, loan approval, fund disbursement, and repayment management.
- Ensuring Security and Compliance: Monitoring account irregularities, preventing fraudulent activities, money laundering, and other illegal acts, as well as responding to compliance requirements from regulatory authorities.

After your loan is fully repaid, your personal information will be anonymized within 7 days. If you delete your account, the relevant information will be deleted or anonymized within 24 hours.
- Cross-Border Transfer: Currently, all data is stored within Nigeria. Should any future business needs require data transfer outside Nigeria, we will obtain your explicit consent in accordance with applicable laws and ensure that the recipient provides a level of protection equivalent to our own.

Dispute Resolution
The formation, execution, and interpretation of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in the Company's domicile for resolution.
